Skip: Make summary page visible (merge commit)

Merge branch 'feature/return-summary-page' into 'main'
* add forgotten fi localisation item and fix top bar button styling

* remove unnecessary  border and a comment

* make summary table visible with new sticky bar and replaced button at top
