fix(toaster-container.component): unsubscribe events called only if component registered

If the toaster-container component has not been properly initialized but
ngDestroy is triggered, an exception will no longer be thrown since the
unsubscribe calls will only be called if the registrations exist.

JSDoc Documentation added for public API methods of toaster service.
