Introduce 'core', 'gui', and 'mef' namespaces

As the codebase grows,
these namespaces help avoid name collisions and obscure naming.
Internal analysis code is placed into 'core' namespace.
The code that deals with input and the Model Exchange Format
is placed in 'mef' namespace.
The GUI code is completely separate,
and all GUI code is under 'gui' namespace.

There are 'scram' root namespace entities
for exceptions, logging, general helper/utility class
like XML parsing and writing.
