Rewrite with promises and new structure and tests! (#9)

* Add editorconfig

Enforce basic styles in development

* Add test task

* Better commands for testing and publishing

npm puts the `node_modules/.bin` folder on the $PATH, so unless these
packages are installed globally, the dependencies’ executables will be
used.

* Restructured assets, inspiration thanks to @dremonkey

Now using specific structures for each template.

* Moved code around for faster testing, added styles logic

* Use jakubpawlowicz/clean-css for minfication awesomeness

* Remove unnecessary globals and order chai libraries correctly

In case the ordering has some negative effect on promise-resolution testing

* Compile the resume by joining the promises for each part

* Add newline

* Using Juice for style injection, and removing unused things

* Complete-ish compilation and testing

The testing could be improved, and also more comprehensive. The tests are indeed valid, though. So that's nice.

* Add travis and rely on defaults for node 4+ environment

* Add coverage packages

From tutorial:
https://github.com/benbria/coffee-coverage/blob/master/docs/HOWTO-travis
ci-and-coveralls.md

* Test against latest versions of node

* update wording in tests

* Move getTemplateStyles method into same file

* use strict mode!

* lock down marked to patches only

* Add writing pdf specs

* Remove .npmignore since files array is declared in package.json

* Update bluebird

hot off the press

since npm puts on the PATH anyway.

* Get long stack traces in development

* Put all the assertions for html check together

* Proper package.json (fixed files array!)

* WIP on packaging, only coverage exclusions not working

* Fix coffee coverageVar check to get proper coverage stats
- Also update dependencies and ignore webstorm generated sourcemaps

* Use `context` and destructuring assignments

* Add html-minifier
