[Game] Enhanced AI Alert and Combat Aggro (#1008)

- Enhanced AI to have a more realistic alert and aggro mechanics while taking data from the DB for range and field of view and taking into account stealth buffs.
- Fixed the ``MathUtils.InFront()`` to actually calculate the angles correctly.
- Enhanced AggroTable handling. You will now immediately go out of combat after you killed all targets that have Aggro on you.
- Added angle information to the ``/distance`` GM command.
