examples/crs2crs2grid.py: Update to work with current data output format from HTDP (fixes #2655) (#10389)

PROJ [documentation](https://proj.org/en/latest/resource_files.html#htdp)
suggests using this script to generate a transformation grid file,
however the script fails as the current/recent versions of HTDP appear
to have changed the output file format from what this script is assuming
when parsing.
