Testapp: add ws_chat_without_history because ws_chat fails during JavaScript unit tests.

When JavaScript unit tests connect to ws_chat, there is no call to Django and so no instantiation of MyChat class, and
so `self.messages` didn't works.
That's why there is a additionnal version but without message history that works without Django.
