cmake: add the build directory to the .gitignore

This patch is a follow-up to the
6e3aad8fb ("OSX/iOS/ARM64: Fix generation
of Mach-O object files."). During the backporting of this patch, the
<build> directory was added to the git tree. This patch removes it and
adds the <build> directory to the .gitignore to avoid such mistakes in
the future.
