Mock support for "Get Partitions Assigned to Adapter"

Details:

* Added zhmcclient mock support for  "Get Partitions Assigned to Adapter"
  operation.

* Added unit test cases for the new mock support.

* Fixed and improved the setup of the DPM-mode CPC2 in the standard HMC setup
  used by the mock unit tests:
  - Fixed type of NIC 1 to 'roce'
  - Fixed incorrect CPC for storage groups (used classic mode CPC1)
  - Added an zEDC accelerator adapter to partition 1 of CPC2.
  - Added a crypto config with one crypto adapter to partition 1 of CPC2.

* Fixed a typo in an f-string parameter (from previous PR).
