RTL characters handled for free.

Looks like RTL character printing is already handled for free by either
Python, my console app, or my OS. No need for justification() function.

Implemented middle vertical alignment.

Testing horizontal/vertical alignment and padding.

Using four character arabic text rather than 3 for testing. Avoids
needing to parmetrize width value.
