Refactored jobHelpers and tests for mock implementation (#794)

Added:**

- `DynK8sInterface` and `K8sLoggerInterface` for mocking dynamic k8s and logger.
- `JobPodNameGetter` interface for better abstraction.
- `DefaultJobPodNameGetter` to implement default behavior for getting job pod names.

**Changed:**

- Refactored `JobsClient` to use new interfaces.
- Updated `StreamJobLogs` to utilize the new interfaces for better mocking.
- Corrected test cases to mock the new interfaces and verify expectations.

**Removed:**

- Removed redundant import of `k8sLogger` from `jobHelpers.go`.
- Removed old `MockJobsClient` implementation and redundant test cases from
  `jobHelpers_test.go`.
