Benchmarks and documentation (#6)

- Switch to `tasty` for tests
- Add `tasty-bench`-based benchmarks:  
  - For all basic functions comparing:
  - `Data.Fixed.Decimal`: with various precision;
  - `Data.Decimal`: slow but infinitely precise
  - `Double`: (as a baseline) fastest but not gives incorrect results
- Run benchmarks on all (three) supported platforms in CI 
- Update documentation on `docs` branch on tag push:  
  - Latest generated `Haddock` documentation
  - Latest benchmark results
