Commit Message

Refactor the code to limit the confusion through xfId.
This is used to look up named styles when reading the stylesheet.
It must then be reset to avoid IndexErrors
Openpyxl uses it for cells to refer to named styles.
It is calculated when named styles are added to the workbook.
