Removed usage of fmt.Sprintf for simple test function names in static_route_test.go. The test function calls were unnecessarily using fmt.Sprintf although they were not utilizing any format specifiers, and the function names were hard-coded strings with no variables. This refactoring makes the test suite more readable and straightforward.
