## Added
IlluminaDemuxSoftwareService A service to retrieve the demux software and version from a demux_version.txt

Added a line to the demultiplexing sbatch script that now write the dragen --version to a demux_version.txt in the demultiplexed-runs/<flow_cells> folder.

Added logic to parse data into the IlluminaSequencingRun store model

Added logic to relate the illumina related models

Added new property on FlowCellDirectoryData called demultiplex_software_info_path

## Changed
BCLMetricsService is now IlluminaMetricsSercice. Reason: The service calls a metrics parser and returns database models related to Illumina devices.

MetricsParser is now BCLConvertMetricsParser The parser is specific to BCLConvert metrics

Move services related to illumina into a illumina_services folder in the services folder to reduce bloat and encapsulate common flow services.
