Python 2.6 in AppVeyor, assert in screenshot.py.

Adding Python 2.6 to AppVeyor tox tests. 32-bit only.

Refactored screenshot_until_match() in screenshot.py to have
AssertionError raised in there instead of asserting funciton output's
boolean value. Got some weird re-evaluation error locally.

Doing the same with ctypes.WinError() to get better Windows error
descriptions.

Also refactoring screenshot test to have assert in the function so I can
see count_found upon AssertionError.

Bumping up subimage dimension limit from 128x128 to 256x256 for other
tests. No need to be so strict.
