IGVF-1639 Move link to schema graph (#502)

* Add a link to the top of the Schemas page. Remove the Overview link from the Data Model navigation.
* Update a Cypress test.
* Random fix so that the SVG graph appears zoomed out when you navigate to it from the Schema page, just as it did when you navigated to it from the menu.
* Revert temporary change to cdk config.
