[READY] Disable buffering for logfiles

Add a print in the codebase, start the ycmd server, and open the `stdout` logfile while the server is running. You will never see the result of the print unless you flush it or it is really long. This is due to buffering and it is not a desirable behavior for logs.

Note that the `stderr` logfile is not really affected by this because the `logging` module automatically flushes the output after each call.
