Update readme to recommend using a Conduit token specifically for the bot user (#155)

Since https://secure.phabricator.com/T8143 , conduit tokens can be created for bot users. So Jenkins can use that, rather than a token created by the administrator for the admin's account.

Test Plan: I've set up my integration with this and it's working fine.
