Removing content type assignment in template handler.

This overrides the content type set in the controller and after_filter. For example, setting the content type of an RSS feed in a `respond_to` block:

```ruby
format.rss { render layout: false, content_type: 'application/rss+xml' }
```

Oddly enough, RSpec controller tests pass without issue. When testing using a browser or curl, the content type is always set to 'text/html'.
