Authorise email deletion relative to JWT authentication (#1469)

Migrates authentication/authorisation for email deletion to the new JWT/SIWE-based approach:

- Remove `EmailDeletionGuard` and replace it with `AuthGuard`
- Checksum incoming `signer` address on deletion request
- Pass `AuthPayload` to domain and assert chain and signer before deleting an email address
- Add/update associated test coverage
