Instantiate an `AuthPayload` from request (#1478)

Creates an `AuthGuard` entity that is returned by the `Auth` decorator, containing the relevant authorisation-relevant data from current auth session of `AuthGuard`.

- Rename `AuthPayload` to `AuthPayloadDto`
- Create `AuthPayload` entity
- Instantiate `AuthPayload` in `Auth` decorator
- Add/adjust associated test coverage
