Map `TransactionInfo` according to `Transfer['type']` (#1477)

Maps `TransactionInfo` according to domain `Transfer['type']` instead of the existence of properties in the entity:

- Migrate from`isERC20Transfer` to instead checking that `type === ERC20_TRANSFER`
- Migrate from `isERC721Transfer` to instead checking that `type === ERC721_TRANSFER`
- Migrate from `isNativeTokenTransfer` to instead checking that `type === ETHER_TRANSFER`
