feature(cli): add a curl cli route builder (#855)

Added a binary that takes a curl like cli command and converts it into a route file
Command format : generate-benchmark-from-curl
-X POST // curl request method GET/POST/PUT
-H 'Content-Type: application/json' // custom request headers
-d '{\"name\":\"Joe Biden\"}' // request body to be sent
url // request url
