Completed `print_votes` so it manages every `vote_values` (#273)

* Completed `print_votes` so it manages every `vote_values` (`does_not_vote`, `not_found`, `invalid`, `blank`). Adapted parameter `single_vote_value` so we can define a single value or a different value for each `vote_values`.

* Set the very default single_vote_value to 1
