Rename GetDataDecodedDto to TransactionDataDto (#1417)

Renames the `GetDataDecodedDto` to `TransactionDataDto`. Since the payload will be used by other endpoints (not related only with data-decoding). The main reason is that it's more descriptive to have a name that describes the payload itself instead of the action (as the payload can be used in multiple actions).
