Add support for labels and floors in HassClient (#1078)

* feat: Add support for label registry list

This commit introduces the ability to fetch labels from the Home
Assistant's label registry. A new method `GetLabelsAsync` has been
added to the `IHomeAssistantConnection` interface. This method
sends a command to Home Assistant to list all labels and returns
the response.

* Added tests for GetLabelsAsync

* Add floor support

* Clean up
