Beginning of implementation of views and controllers

- `RoutingManager` now instantiates `Twig_Loader_Filesystem` and `Twig_Environment` which are considered to look at a "default" and "extendable" view for templates
- `AccountController` updated so it renders from `resources/views/` which can extend default templates from `src/Inachis/Common/views/`
- Added a number of example views which will be built upon in future to create the default front-end and admin interfaces
