requirements: wrong dependencies resolution fix

* Adds pinned requirements with all requirements (pinned) needed to run
  in production like environments.

* Enables travis builds for production and release requirements.

* Updates setup.py to avoid problems with DB when installing release
  versions.

* Removes unnecessary mysql and sqlite requirements.
