Fix missing context in CurrencySerializer

The request context of `ChainSerializer` was not being passed on to the `CurrencySerializer`. The request context is required to serialize the URLs served in a local context correctly (i.e., without a relative path). See https://www.django-rest-framework.org/api-guide/serializers/#including-extra-context
