Commit Message

Upload model file associated with a new job to the hub

The background job tries to upload the model file (*.stl, *.gcode)
to the hub at most 6 times should the initial POST request fail.
The job status is set to "errored" and aborted if unable to
succesfully send the model file	to the hub.

This feature requires testing.
