Testing Windows with screen shots.

Testing Windows support and checking if colors are actually working by
taking a screen shot and searching for the red colored "Red" sub image.

Since colors on Windows are created using API calls, I can't just verify
the output of a program like I do on OSX/Linux. Colors will always be
stripped. The only way I can think of to verfify colors actually work is
by taking a screen shot and scanning it for sub images.

Enabling the desktop on AppVeyor in order to let new console windows
appear on its desktop so screen shots may be taken.

Adding a --wait argument to example.py to give window animations time to
fully display the new console window and leave it open long enough for a
screen shot to be captured and processed.

Using Pillow to handle taking screen shots and reading BMP sub image
files.
