Disable files section of tsconfig.json

Tsify 0.15.2 introduced automatic feature to read "files" section from
their tsconfig.json and incrude them for tsifying files. This is almost
useful but in this repo makes editor-integrated version of tsconfig.json
less useful. I just removed this files section and disable automatic
update of tsconfig by setting atom.rewriteTsconfig to false.
