[JS] feat: `Azure OpenAI On Your Data` - Azure AI Search support  (#1426)

## Details
* Added support for `data_sources` property in Azure OpenAI Chat
Completions API's latest api versions.
* Added support only for the Azure AI Search (`azure_search`) data
source option.
* Created the `08.datasource.azureOpenAI` sample to showcase `Azure
OpenAI on Your Data` capabilities.

#### Change details

* Updated `AzureOpenAIClient` to support `data_sources` field.
* Updated `PromptResponse` to support `context` field (citations &
intents)
* Updated `Message` to support `context` field (citations & intents)
* ~~Updated `PromptTemplate.CompletionConfig` to support a
`data_sources` field that takes in a list of azure openai chat
completion api data source schemas. Currently on `azure_search` is
supported. This can be extended to other data sources as well.~~
