fix: Fixing some issues found by added tests

Other Changes:

1. The `dotnet-publish.yml` file was updated to include additional test result files for coverage reporting.

2. The `ApplicationModuleBaseClass.cs` file was updated to change the default value of `ContentPath`. This change will affect the default content path used in the application.

3. New test files added to conver Gestalt.Console and Gestalt.ASPNet
