Migrate `Message`/`MessageConfirmation` to `zod` (#1315)

This migrates the validation of `Message` to `zod`:

- Remove `MessageValidator` and associated schemas.
- Add test-covered `MessageSchema`/`MessageConfirmationSchema` and infer types from them.
- Propagate type requirements.
- Update tests accordingly.
