deposit: datetime picker library modification

* Changes the datetime picker library from the jQuery UI to
  bootstrap-datetimepicker.

* Increases the consistency with the Bootstrap design.

* NOTE introduces new JS library
  <https://github.com/Eonasdan/bootstrap-datetimepicker>.
