Migrade `ModuleTransaction` to `zod` (#1319)

This migrates the validation of `ModuleTransaction` to `zod`:

- Remove `ModuleTransactionValidator` and associated schemas.
- Add test-covered `ModuleTransactionSchema` and infer types from it.
- Propagate type requirements.
- Update tests accordingly.
