Move GBL1/Aardvark logic out of JSONSourceRecord

Why these changes are being introduced:

Some recent refactors missed that JSONSourceRecord had some logic specific only to
GBL1 and Aardvark metadata formats, not generic to just JSON file format input types.

How this addresses that need:
* Moved gbl_resource_class value mapping dictionary to helper function imported by GBL1 and Aardvark

Side effects of this change:
* JSONSourceRecord agnostic to metadata type, only that it is JSON file type
