ndx100 daily run;
one name has been delisted but wikipedia does not update
the components page (any more?); they link a page maintained by nasdaq which uses exotic javascript and can not be parsed automatically; delisting caused breakage
in YahooFinance._get_data_yahoo heuristics to adjust the time of the last row, and in turn DownloadedMarketData logic to handle missing values in recent lines; fixed both. This however is not robust enough, with delistings it seems that only manual adjustment of the universes can work. If the upstream source for this universe is not fixed I may drop this strategy
