made interface b/w simulator and result public;
- simulator now accepts class to use as bt result;
- bt result has only 2 methods that are called on it (plus init) from simulator;
- bt result is now a context manager, all logging logic is in __enter__ and __exit__;
- more execution time accounting, BackTestResult.times_plot() method;
- other minor improvements inside MarketSimulator
