uefi-capsule: Correctly record success if adding ESRT nodes

If a firmware update adds or removes an ESRT entry then all the indexes are
shunted up or down. As we're using the sysfs path as the base for the ID we
look at the 'wrong' new device version.

Use the GUID as the logical ID, and use the file index as a backend ID.
