Fix IBMBackend sphinx (#1510) (#1511)

## Summary
This PR fixes an issue with the documentation of the method `run` of `ibm_backend.py`. In the list of arguments, there was a line, to refer to the next parameters, that was treated as another argument (see first screenshot). To fix the issue, the text was removed and added to each parameter individually (See the arrows in the second screenshot to find the added text).
