Change relay-related errors to throw client-side errors (#1281)

This changes the relay-specific errors from extending `Error`s to `HttpException`/`UnprocessableEntityException`s in order to specify a `status`:

- `InvalidMultiSendError`
- `InvalidTransferError`
- `RelayLimitReachedError`
- `UnofficialMasterCopyError`
- `UnofficialMultiSendError`
- `UnofficialProxyFactoryError`
