Playwright Complete Game Tests (#280)

Added tests to complete games and verify related results, statistics, and navigation. Playwright play-sudoku.spec.ts now replicates all functioning tests from Cypress puzzles.cy.ts (skipped tests are copied over as to do comments as are to do comments themselves).
