lint-reserved-word: fix two MariaDB reserved word entries

This commit adjusts reserved-word handling for MariaDB for two cases, based on
more recent updates to the MariaDB Server manual's reserved word list
documentation:

* position: this is not actually a reserved word in MariaDB; their manual
  erroneously stated otherwise, but this was corrected two months ago.

* row_number: this is a reserved word in MariaDB 10.7+, but was not listed
  as such in the manual until a year ago.

The list-reserved-word linter check now handles these words correctly.
