feat(bin): Allow override of language by providing a CLI input (#37)

By default, the tool attempts to determine the language of the files by
analyzing the extension of the base branch file. This PR introduces the
option to bypass this behavior and override the language by providing a
--language attribute through the command-line interface (CLI).
