* Changes process lists search for matching fov and mask names to use a token subsetting strategy rather than a string subsetting one.

* Add test for processed_lists

* Renamed process_lists to get_existing_mask_types in marker_quantification and test.

* Fixed formatting.

* skip test_load_anndatas
