[TASK] Implement renderStatic where this is currently possible (#1022)

Converts all ViewHelpers which can be readily converted to use renderStatic and removes much code that would be duplicated, by moving it to a Trait. Remaining ViewHelpers require additional refactoring of Traits which need to be performed in other pull requests for isolation.
