add basic parsing example

This adds an example file for showing how to interact with RMuh in the following way:

* fetch a log file, while specifying which range to grab
* get the remote log file's size
* parse the log file using the base parser
* print the contents of the parsed log

There are comments in the file that explain the specific step.

Also add a test to make sure this file runs while exiting with a zero exit code.
